Choosing a veterinarian for your pet is similar to choosing a pediatrician for your child. We understand how important the decision is. Our team will work hard to make sure your pet’s visit is comfortable and efficient. At Foxbank Veterinary Hospital, we have state-of-the-art equipment and a clean, spacious facility. Most appointments are 30 to 45 minutes, which allows our veterinarian the time to fully examine your pet. We know that each patient is different, and we always offer recommendations based on your pet’s age, breed, lifestyle and temperament. You know your pet best, which is why we always listen to your concerns so that we can perform the most thorough physical exam.

To make an appointment with our veterinarian, please submit the below information prior to your pet’s first visit. We ask that you arrive ten minutes before your pet’s appointment so that they can get used to the space. If you are transferring care from another veterinary hospital, we can help you retrieve your pet’s records, or you can bring them with you to their appointment. If you would like us to reach out to your former veterinarian for you, please provide us with their phone number or fax number.
